Founded on a dream and a deep love for family, Tenoch was born from our founder’s journey to Canada and the strong bond created between Mexican heritage and Canadian values. Inspired by Mexico’s vibrant colors, rich history, warm people, and extraordinary culinary traditions, our passion for cooking grew into what is now Tenoch Mexican Restaurant Grill & Bar.

Although the dream began in Toronto, it was in the town of Innisfil, Ontario, where everything truly aligned. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes, peaceful lakes, and a welcoming local community, Innisfil became the perfect place to share authentic Mexican food, handcrafted cocktails, and a local Mexican dining experience.

Our journey has been shaped by hard work, perseverance, and family sacrifice. A life-changing accident became a turning point, reinforcing the decision to build a restaurant rooted in family values, resilience, and genuine hospitality. These principles continue to guide everything we do.

Today, Tenoch Mexican Restaurant Grill & Bar is recognized as a Mexican restaurant in Innisfil where every dish is prepared with care, respect for Mexican culinary traditions, and attention to detail. We are proudly not a franchise—we are a family-run restaurant committed to serving authentic flavors and creating meaningful connections with our guests.
